Whistleblowing, regulated by the Law 30 november 2017, n. 179 and by the Directive 2019/1937, is the act of disclosing information about wrongdoing in the workplace, that is highlighting possible unlawful activities in the organisation such as a violation of a law, rule or regulation, or a threat to public interest, such as fraud, health and safety violations or corruption. This digital platform allows anyone (employees and collaborators, suppliers and any other person who has had or intends to have business relations with the Company) to report - through an online guided procedure - hypotheses of illegal conduct or irregularities, violations of the 231 Organizational Model and related procedures, of the Code of Ethics, or of Company Regulations.
