If you pass the selection, you will join the team with a
short internship aimed at apprenticeship, or directly with an apprenticeship
contract.

During your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to train on-the-job and in the classroom, thanks to Digital Transformation Master

Master in Digital Trasformation

The Digital Transformation Master is a educational path that can be attended remotely and is divided between in-depth study of technological trends, the consolidation of hard skills and the strengthening of soft skills, which are fundamental today for career development. It is designed and conducted by Kirey Group professionals, in collaboration with InsideOut, an external training company specializing in soft skills, and accredited by Asfor, the Italian Association for Managerial Training.

In addition, to enrich the class training, individual coaching sessions, led by external professionals, are freely available for all trainees.
