We support the Umberto Veronesi Foundation and we jointhe project “Vivere in Salute”: an awareness program dedicated to all employees in order to promote research topics and provide useful health indications.
Fondazione Cervelli Ribelli Onlus
We support Fondazione Cervelli Ribelli to spread knowledge about neurodiversity and to ensure as independent a life as possible for children and adults with autism spectrum syndrome.
Biorfarm and Banco Alimentare
We support Fondazione Banco Alimentare with our digital orchard on Biorfarm, a network of organic farmers that allows us to adopt a tree for every new colleague who joins the Company and donate the harvest to those who need it most. We Grow is also at the same time a sustainable welcome kit for newcomers to Kirey and an initiative aiming to support the environmental footprint of organic and zero-mile farming.

Whistleblowing
Whistleblowing is the act of reporting misconduct of which one has become aware because of the employment relationship, such as violations of laws, rules, or regulations, threats to the public interest, or crimes against property such as fraud, crimes against health and safety, or corruption. This digital platform allows everyone (employees and collaborators, suppliers and those who intend to have or have contractual relations with the Company) to make reports - through a guided online procedure - regarding hypotheses of unlawful conduct or irregularities, violations of Model 231, or procedures attached to it, the Code of Ethics or rules issued by the Company.
